Meet your yoga teacher


Anca Stef

Anca Stef has been practicing yoga for the past ten years. She is a graduate yoga teacher of the Rishikesh Yoga Peeth School in India. She is a 200 HR RYT Yoga Alliance certified teacher.

She says — "Yoga has nourished my mind, body and spirit and given me the inner peace and harmony that I have long been searching for in order to lead a fulfilled, joyous life."

Anca Stef says yoga has changed the quality of her life for the better in many ways. She credits her asana, pranayama and meditation practices with providing the clarity and calmness of mind.

Simo

I studied biology with a focus on nutrition and received my accreditation for personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I am a health and fitness instructor, work with after-school programs and am a dancer as well. Everyone deserves attention and coaching. I approach health and fitness holistically. Anything from toning to bulking, losing the extra pounds or just being happy with yourself, I have the answer for you.

I have medical problems. Can I attend?

Sure, if your doctor cleared you for physical exercise.

Our certified fitness trainer designs the sessions to cater to your needs based on your goals (mobility, flexibility, weight loss, strength) and your health condition.

Before our first class you will fill in a health form for us to assess your health condition.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed via online payment through our highly secured payment provider or via PayPal.
