Our certified fitness trainer designs the sessions to cater to your needs based on your goals (mobility, flexibility, weight loss, strength) and your health condition.

Before our first class you will fill in a health form for us to assess your health condition.

I'm a beginner. Can I attend?

Yes! This session is designed for all levels. Just mention at the beginning of the session that this is your first time working out :)
